The HT80 intelligent turbine controller is mainly used for the control of rotating equipment such as small and medium-sized steam turbines, micro gas turbines, and small and medium-sized water turbines. It is the crystallization of Horbon Energy's years of research on rotating machinery control systems.

The HT80 product has control modes such as speed control, load control, and steam pressure control, as well as various test functions for rotating machinery. All control modes and test functions can be switched without disturbance during the operation of the unit.

The HT80 product adopts an all-metal structure, has good anti-interference performance, and can meet the requirements of harsh working conditions. It adopts a fully self-controllable software and hardware design, with flexible configuration methods, making it convenient for on-site technicians to maintain.

It has an all-metal structure and good electromagnetic compatibility.

It integrates SERVO, LVDT, AI, AO, DI, and DO, and supports external expansion of IO modules.

The speed, power, and steam pressure adopt a triple redundancy scheme.

Speed control range: 4–20,000 rpm, accuracy ±1 rpm.

Load control range: 0–115%, accuracy 0.5%.

Acceleration rate control accuracy: 1 rpm.

System mean time between failures: MTBF >200,000 hours.
